1. Bike Tours

This is the main service offered by KuritBike. The Bike Tours have several Bike Routes and Schedules and consist of a service package including:

a) Bicycle rental - new bikes mountain bike style, with 21 gears, periodically revised and equipped with all safety items (mirrors, horn, front and rear blinkers and reflectors);

b) Safety equipment rental - helmet;

c) Guide service - the guide leads the rides and comments about the attractions visited, and give tips on restaurants, transportation, cultural events, etc.

d) Mechanical emergency assistance - in the case punctured tires, brakes or gears malfunction and other minor mechanical problems, the guide has the proper tools and is able to solve these problems immediately;

e) Courtesy shuttle - This service is offered in case of a mechanical problem that withholds the conclusion of the tour. If this happens the customer will be refunded and taken to the ride starting point at no cost. This service covers only bikes provided by KuritBike and loyalty customer’s bikes.

f) Bottled water (500ml) per costumer.

2. Bike rental

We now have bikes for rental, so you can enjoy the city by yourself if you feel confortable to do that. 

Price: R$ 8 per hour, R$ 25 the package of 4 hours or R$ 40 for a wohle day. The helmet rent is included in the price.

3. Research and development of safe routes in the home-work-home, home-school-home and home- parks-home routes, among others.

This particular service is a great way to promote bicycle commuting in your neighborhood, company or school. Besides the development of the route, we also accompany the client on a “test-ride” in the first two rides on the route to ensure that it meets the customer needs and really provided enough safety. The customer will also receive a custom map with the route indicating mileage and points of interest such as nearby gas stations (for tire gauging), diners, bike shops, etc.

For customers who haven’t got a bicycle yet, we offer free advice for purchasing one as courtesy when contracting this service.

4. Creating and performing custom rides for specific groups (such as office workers, students, etc.).

This service includes research and development of routes for rides according to the needs of each group, guide service during the tour with two additional guides and emergency assistance in case of mechanical problems with the bikes.

In this case we work with larger groups (30 people maximum). Please check bike availability for larger groups.

5. Bike-to-work programs.

This is a medium to long term project that includes a thorough evaluation of the company and its potential commuters. Strategies to improve bikeability will be taken according to those initial results.
